Hi I'm Chona. I first completed my studies in Business Administration. After managing my own businesses for some years I went back to school to get a second university degree in Accounting. Each business model; including long term rentals, fix and flip projects and short term rentals need different bookkeeping practices in order to be in compliance with tax laws. My goal is to make sure that real estate investors have the correct bookkeeping to maximize their profits and minimize their income taxes.
